Shipping Returns & Out of stock
We will usually ship your products within 3 to 5 business days of receiving your cleared payment.
We use Austpost boxes to send our parcels out. Due to Covid Austpost is experiencing some delays in deliveries.
Orders over $200 will have a signature on receiving applied to their parcels.
We offer free shipping for orders over $100.
We will not be held responsible for lost parcels once your items have been posted, if your items arrive broken please send us a photo of the outside of the box and contents straight away, send your photos to firstname.lastname@example.org
We have updated our shipping to include express shipping, we do not make any promises, but it does seem to be helping get parcels sorted faster than regular at the moment.
We are currently offering shipping within Australia only, no international orders.
All sales are final.
We do not accept return items due to change of mind.
Sizes and colours are included in listings, please check them carefully before you buy please feel free to ask for more information on a product you are not sure about.
Damaged Items - please contact us straight away if your item turns up damaged or broken, we will offer a choice of replacement or store credit. Depending on the item we may ask you to return it before a replacement or store credit is given. We will refund any expense to you for shipping if we ask you to do this.
OUT OF STOCK
Occasionally a listed item may have been sold first in our bricks and mortar store and not be available, if we have a similar item in stock we will send this instead, if we are out of stock completely you will be refunded, I do try to contact you via email first, sometimes things get missed or emails don't send, I do try very hard to keep stock in check but I am not perfect and I do apologise if this might happen.
